  • Sale of packaged meal kits (where available)

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for catering contracts.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown on our website or in-store.

  • Online orders are final once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before payment.

4. Catering Orders

  • Catering orders require a signed agreement and may require a deposit to secure the date.

  • Final guest count and menu selection must be confirmed within the timeframe specified in your catering contract.

  • Changes made after confirmation may be subject to additional charges.

  • Cancellation policies, deposits, and refunds for catering will be outlined in your catering agreement and may differ from standard orders.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of food preparation, we generally do not offer refunds for completed orders unless there was an error or quality issue caused by us.

  • For catering, deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice given.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We prepare food in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, shellfish, dairy, soy, gluten, and eggs.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies when placing an order.
